entitling?
In English, “entitling”. We distinguish it from the superscription because it may contain the name of the juridical person with whom the author is affiliated. For example, The entitling might be the United Kingdom, followed by the superscription “I Elisabeth the Second, by the Grace of God Queen of England, Ireland, etc…”. So, when it is a letterhead, we talk of entitling, while, when it is personal, we talk of superscription. One can have an entitling with function of superscription when it has the form of a letterhead but refers to the author.
